Refund Policy

At Southern Paranormal, we strive to provide exceptional paranormal investigation experiences. Due to the nature of event planning and limited capacity, our refund policy is as follows:

Ticket Purchases

  • No Refunds will be issued for tickets purchased within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

  • Credit Option: At the sole discretion of Southern Paranormal, a credit may be issued for future events if requested before the event date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More Than 48 Hours Before Event:

    • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@southernparanormal.co.uk.

    • Refunds (minus any processing fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Within 48 Hours of Event:

    • No refunds permitted.

    • In cases of emergency (e.g., illness, extreme weather), contact us to discuss potential credit.

Event Cancellations by Southern Paranormal

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend an event forfeits your ticket without refund or credit.

How to Request a Refund/Credit

Email us at info@southernparanormal.co.uk with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Event date

  • Reason for request

Note: All credit approvals are subject to review and not guaranteed.
