At Southern Paranormal, we strive to provide exceptional paranormal investigation experiences. Due to the nature of event planning and limited capacity, our refund policy is as follows:
Ticket Purchases

No Refunds will be issued for tickets purchased within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

Credit Option: At the sole discretion of Southern Paranormal, a credit may be issued for future events if requested before the event date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More Than 48 Hours Before Event:

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@southernparanormal.co.uk.

Refunds (minus any processing fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No refunds permitted.

In cases of emergency (e.g., illness, extreme weather), contact us to discuss potential credit.

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.
No-Shows

Failure to attend an event forfeits your ticket without refund or credit.
